IT Guys

MCTV’s IT Guys provides no-hassle service to MCTV High-Speed Internet customers for help with home Internet and computer problems. We are here to rescue you and your computer from email and browser issues, computer viruses, spyware, file sharing issues and hardware/operating system problems. We can also help set up your wireless home network.

Our High-Speed Internet customers can also take advantage of free, over-the-phone technical support for service-related questions.

House Calls

Yes, we make house calls! We will come to your house for a small fee to help fix your IT issues. If you’re having trouble with your wireless network, computer viruses; spyware; email or browser issues; or hardware and operating system problems, call our IT Guys today at 330-833-4134 or 330-345-8114.

IT Guys house calls are $50 for the first hour and $25 for each additional hour. If the problem is deemed to be a result of your Internet service and not with your equipment, the fee will be waived.

In-Office Repairs

For help with non-networking issues such as email and browser issues, computer viruses, spyware, file sharing issues and hardware/operating system problems, you can bring your computer, laptop or tablet to our office for a fee of $25. In-office repairs typically take 4-5 business days to complete.

Prices exclude applicable taxes, fees and any other one-time charges. Prices for IT Guys service are subject to change. IT Guys can only help with limited issues on tablets and Chromebooks due to the devices’ cloud-based software and programs. MCTV’s IT Guys services do not include problems relating to printers, cameras, scanners, copiers, wireless mouse or keyboard issues, non-internet related expansion boards, Vonage or other VoIP phone systems, formatting or reloading of Windows, inspecting or deleting customer’s personal files, copy or transfer of customer files or loading software – except software to fix a problem we support. MCTV do not help with setting up new computers. MCTV is not responsible for data lost during servicing. In-office repairs are typically completed within four business days but may take longer.
