MCTV TV Customers Can Access Content from 11 Discovery Networks At No Additional Cost
MCTV announced today that Discovery Networks has joined more than 80 other networks available online and On Demand. Both platforms are available to MCTV TV subscribers at no additional cost.
Discovery GO is Discovery’s online video platform. Discovery GO is a single app that lets you watch a live stream, full episodes and specials from Discovery Channel, TLC, Animal Planet, Investigation Discovery, Science Channel, Destination America, American Heroes Channel, Discovery Life and Velocity wherever you are on your smartphone, tablet or computer. New episodes are available in Discovery GO the morning after they air on TV. Log on to Discovery GO at www.DiscoveryGO.com or by downloading the app for Apple and Android devices.
MCTV TV customers need to be registered at watchTVeverywhere.com to access Discovery GO content. It is free to create an account and there is no cost to access content. Once registered at watchTVeverywhere.com, customers can access content directly from Discovery GO’s website and apps or from watchTVeverywhere.com.
Customers also have access to more than 250 hours of content On Demand from Discovery Channel, TLC, Animal Planet, Investigation Discovery, Science Channel, Destination America, American Heroes Channel, Discovery Life, Discovery Family and OWN. To access On Demand, tune to Channel 1 or press the blue “VOD” button on your FUSION remote control. Customers must have a two-way set-top box in order to access On Demand.
Online and On Demand content is included as part of MCTV’s cable TV subscription. Customers have access to content on channels included as part of their TV subscription. Discovery Channel, TLC, Animal Planet, Investigation Discovery and Velocity (online only) content is available to Basic TV subscribers and Science Channel, Destination America, American Heroes Channel, Discovery Life, Discovery Family (On Demand only) and OWN (On Demand only) is available to subscribers of Basic Plus.
