As your local Internet, TV and Phone provider, MCTV’s top priority is the health and well-being of our employees and customers. We care about connecting our communities and as part of this mission, we want to keep you and our employees safe by monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and making necessary adjustments to our work and operations.
To do so, we are committed to following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other public health agencies to help prevent the spread of illness.
We would like to assure you that we have already taken extra precautions in our business.
- We have placed additional emphasis on the importance of handwashing and the consistent use of hand sanitizer.
- We have increased our cleaning efforts and have hand sanitizer at MCTV payment locations.
- MCTV implemented a travel and large meeting policy to do what we can to help prevent the spread of the illness.
- MCTV employees are following CDC and physician recommendations to stay home when sick or after traveling to high-risk areas.
While many of our customer interactions do not require an in-office visit, we are aware many of our customers pay their invoices in person. If you don't feel well, or choose not to come to our office there are a number of additional payment methods:
- Pay online – Register your account at YourStatement.MCTVOhio.com. Follow the instructions to make a payment from your checking account. This is not a recurring payment.
- Pay by mail – Return your payment stub and payment in the enclosed envelope. Make your check or money order payable to MCTV. For your security, do not send cash through the mail.
- Pay by phone – Make a credit/debit card (Discover, VISA or Mastercard) or checking account payment with a customer service representative at your convenience by calling 330-833-4134.
Additionally, we are aware that some of our customers have scheduled in-home installations or repairs with our technicians. December 23, 2019 -- Fox Networks Negotiations Update
MCTV is currently in negotiation with Fox Corporation to continue to offer the following cable networks including FOX News Channel, FOX Business, FS1 and FS2. We are attempting to reach a fair agreement with FOX, but they are demanding that we agree to unreasonable terms and rate increases that will directly impact our customers’ monthly bills. If we are unable to reach an agreement before Tuesday, December 31st at 11:59 PM, FOX may choose to pull their networks from our customers. We will work hard to avoid this and will continue to update you as the deadline gets closer.
1/2/20 Update -- We are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with FOX to continue to provide their programming on your lineup. There will be no disruption in service. Each year, the cost of delivering the programming our customers want to see increases substantially. We are tough negotiators on your behalf so that we can reach the best agreements with programmers. Our commitment has always been to give you the right combination of networks at the best value possible. We value you as a customer and appreciate your patience and support as we worked through our negotiations with FOX.
