Video Description – Many networks offer programming with audio-narrated descriptions of what’s going on in a TV or movie scene. MCTV passes this feed through on secondary audio channels. Visit our support page at support.MCTVOhio.com to learn more, including how to switch to the SAP feed.
Large-button Remotes - Remotes with larger buttons are available – you can swap your current remote for a large-button version. Large button remotes may not be available for all boxes.
User Guides and Product Support – User guides for equipment are available as PDFs online at support.MCTVOhio.com. For product support questions, we are available to assist you over the phone by calling us or online at support.MCTVOhio.com. We are also happy to send a technician to your house.

Viewing Your Invoice and Making Payments - We offer several ways for customers to view and pay their monthly statement:
- Call us and a representative can verbally read your statement to you and take a payment.
- View invoices and make payments online at YourStatement.MCTVOhio.com
- Sign up for eStatements to receive your monthly statement via email.
Directory Assistance - We can help you find and dial phone numbers. In addition, you may be eligible for discounted or free National Directory Assistance by dialing 411. Charges may apply for connected calls.
Closed Captioning – Closed Captioning is available, so captions will always be turned on when you want to watch TV. For instructions on enabling Closed Captioning, please visit our support page.
TTY Dialing – MCTV’s Phone service is compatible with TTY equipment.
Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) - Dial 711 to be connected with a TRS communications assistant who can help facilitate a call to MCTV.
Caller ID on TV - Even if you aren’t near your phone, you can see caller ID information on your TV and decide whether or not you want to answer the call.
