You will not be charged for repairs if the issue is beyond your control. However, a typical emergency service call will result in a minimum charge of $35.00 if the problem is the result of customer equipment or self-installed wiring. There is a minimum charge of $35.00 for damaged aerial or underground drops. The cost will be determined by time and supplies needed for repair.
