* Packages with long distance includes unlimited local calling to your local exchanges, and 3,000 minutes of long distance calling anywhere in the U. S per month. Each minute over 3,000 will be $.025 per minute. Caller will be notified when usage limitation is exceeded. Unlimited Local Home Phone Service long distance minutes will be $.05 per minute, and Caller ID with Name is an additional $4.95 a month. Non-Published numbers have an additional fee of $3.50 a month. Please have a current phone bill in hand when you call to set up phone services with MCTV. Federal regulations require phone account information verification. Charges are on a monthly basis and do not include taxes or franchise fees. Taxes are approximately $5.00 per month for Home Phone Service and include state and local tax and Federal Excise Tax: 8% of phone bill.
