Most Popular Packages Increased By 25% at No Additional Cost to Customers
MCTV has completed the necessary network upgrades to increase Internet speeds for both residential and business customers. The download and upload speeds for the most popular packages have been increased by 25% (see chart below). There is no additional cost to customers for the upgrades. The increases will affect close to 34,000 customers.
MCTV also announced the addition of a new 50 Mbps Internet package for residential customers. The new package delivers download speeds up to 50 Mbps and upload speeds up to 3 Mbps. The package is available across the MCTV service area.

In order to receive the upgraded speeds, customers may need to reset their modem. To reset your modem, simply unplug it from the power source for about 20 seconds and plug it back in. It may take several minutes to completely reboot.
