When you choose to have an Internet cable modem installed in your home, one of our knowledgeable cable technicians will visit your home
to install a cable outlet and place a second cable jack (if necessary) in the room where your personal computer is located. This cable line
will connect to a cable modem to deliver high-speed Internet access.
Standard Installation includes:

- Cable modem setup
- Splitter installation
- Necessary jumpers

- An open PCI slot
- 15–30MB of free space on hard drive

- System 9 or better with Open Transport 2.6 or better

- 10 Base-T Ethernet Card
Standard Installation: $35 (Other installation fees may apply and an additional cost of $45 will be applied for laptop installation.)

Please Note: The installation of a web (domain), mail or ftp server or servers is expressly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination
of an account. If you need to set up a server of the above type, you must contact Super-Net prior to the installation of the server. Pricing for
this type of service starts at $400 a month and is granted at the sole discretion of Super-Net.

If you do not have Cable TV service with MCTV and wish to only have High-Speed Internet service, you will be charged an additional $10.00 a month Cable Access Fee. Taxes not included. The Normal Residential Transfer Limitation on Economy Internet is 20 GB/month. The Normal Residential Transfer Limitation on Mega Internet is 50 GB/month. The Normal Residential Transfer Limitation on High Velocity is 100 GB/month. When Transfer Limitations are exceeded, $1.00 per GB will be charged. You will be notified when the normal transfer limitations are exceeded. You can also purchase an extra 10 GB/month for $5.00 (must have either Economy, Mega or High Velocity Internet service for this feature to be added). Call for details. |
